Dark Chocolate Hazelnut and Salt Large Bar

This bar is a celebration of our favorite Oregon Hazelnut farmer. His hazelnuts are way better than all the other hazelnuts we have tried because they are a special varietal that was chosen for flavor rather than yield. They are reminicent of the hazelnuts of Peidmont Italy: Small, crunchy and explosive. They look so cute on our 70% dark chocolate bar highlighted by sparkly salt crystals.
