All of our chocolate is made right here in the Woodblock Chocolate manufactory in Portland, Oregon. You can follow the smell of roasting cacao to our front door. The chocolate making process is on display from our retail shop and we urge you to ask any questions that might be inspired by the chocolate making machines. It is here that we roast, crack, winnow and mill the cacao into the chocolate we have available in the front. The smell is amazing!
