Spella Caffè Is now at the Woodblock Chocolate Manufactory! The stars aligned and everything fell into place as if it were meant to be. We are beyond delighted to share this space and collaborate with Andrea Spella who started Spella Caffè Coffee Roasters in Portland 17 years ago. He has been proudly and meticulously extracting the ristretto in the traditional Italian tradition, holding his line in the tumultuous Portland coffee scene. Recently voted Best Coffeehouse in Portland in September 2024, Spella Caffè brings its unique talent to our beautiful manufactory. Together we are creating an evolving menu that celebrates our alignment of priorities through an amazing selection of coffee and chocolate drinks, the best espresso shot I have ever had, gelato from Pronto Gelato, pastry from Bakeshop and all of Woodblock Chocolate’s offerings. 

Come and get your gifts, coffee beans and chocolate for the week and then look through the big windows from the Caffè into the chocolate factory while you have an affogato and bask in the atmosphere.
