Woodblock Chocolate Manufactory

All of our chocolate is made right here in the Woodblock Chocolate Manufactory & Café in Portland, Oregon. You can follow the smell of roasting cacao to our front door. You can look through the giant Manufactory windows and watch chocolate being made! We've got shiny machines for cracking, winnowing, grinding and conching, and cacao roasting regularly in beautiful vintage Royal roasters built in upstate NY over a hundred years ago. Come in and have a cup of something and soak in the magic.
