It sounds simple because it is. The flip side of simple is that there is nowhere to hide. For this reason we use the best and fewest ingredients possible to obtain our goal. Allow me to break it down: We throw perfectly roasted Stumptown Coffee Hair Bender coffee beans with Peruvian cacao directly into the rolling stones of our chocolate mill. We grind them into such tiny, smooth particles that they melt with the chocolate, exploding Vesuvian flavor. You get all the bean with no debris and It is as rich, warm and accommodating as a mug of java with the added bonus of a slug of milky chocolate to extend and expand the experience. We are very proud of what we have done here. We call it "Breakfast Chocolate". Each 8oz sack contains about 70 individual discs.
