Our drinking chocolate is essentially our 70% chocolate, ground into small particles so it melts elegantly into whatever liquid base you choose.
We encourage you to have fun and experiment with different base liquids. Some suggestions are coconut water, nut milk, oat milk, soy milk, and of course cow milk. We've done batches with coffee and milk together that were really amazing.
If you introduce the chocolate gently in to simmering liquid while passionately whisking for 30-60 seconds, the results will be the best.
