SAVORIES: Salt Brined, Roasted, Chocolate Covered Cocoa Beans!

You have never had chocolate like this before. It ain't what you think. Even if you think you know. It is something you might experience at Willy Wonka's chocolate factory if he did a tour for adults. 

These look like a chocolate covered almond but don't let that fool you. They are salt brined cocoa beans that have been roasted and coated in a thin layer of dark chocolate. The crunch is magnificent. The flavors reveal themselves in layers like a burlesque dancer on your tongue. It so surprising and exciting and amazing! It is essentially superlative. I know! That isn't how to use that word but I struggle as did Dante, trying to describe divinity. These SAVORIES are a challenge to vocabulary. Watch yourself eat one in the mirror. Or maybe even take a video of yourself so after when you come back down to earth, you will have some documentation of the event. They go great with a beer or perhaps a whisky. SAVORIES are like the Mike Tyson of candy, vegan and badass. The best part is that kids don't like them.
